Order Tracking Instructions
The parcel goes from our company's warehouse to your hands through three logistics providers in five steps:
- ① Our warehouse → PFC or 4PX warehouse: Generally uses SF Express and usually arrives the next day.
- ② PFC or 4PX warehouse → Local Logistics: Takes longer due to import/export procedures.
- ③ Local Logistics → Your hand: Usually takes 1–3 days.
