In the rare situation where customs requires you to make a payment, please keep the payment receipt and contact us. 📄 We will arrange a refund of the customs duties you paid.

- 🌎 Customs regulations in some South American countries are particularly strict.
- This includes Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, and Peru.
- Buyers in these countries may need to complete customs clearance themselves and pay any applicable import duties or taxes.
